1. Services

We provide professional underwater diving services, including boat maintenance such as hull cleaning, zinc replacement, and propeller work; underwater repair for boats, docks, pilings, and moorings; search and recovery of lost items, anchors, and gear; underwater inspection; and pool leak detection. Services are provided across Providence and the surrounding Narragansett Bay region.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, weather, tide, and site conditions. Because our work takes place underwater, conditions such as visibility, current, and depth may affect whether a job can be safely completed as planned. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where necessary for safety or legal reasons.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are non-binding unless provided in writing. The final price may vary based on the scope of work, materials or hardware required, site and water conditions, or unforeseen issues discovered during the dive.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. All payments are handled outside of the website. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the boat, dock, mooring, pool, or other site where work will be performed. Any pets, hazards, or obstructions must be secured in advance so that work can proceed safely.

5. Privacy

Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Intellectual Property
